Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers. If there is an issue with the product you purchased, or if you are not satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return and refund.

To process a return, the product must meet the following guidelines:

Refunds

Order Cancellation by TheraMedicare: There may be times when we do not have the product you selected in stock, or we may face issues with our inventory or quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed in advance. If you have made a payment via bank transfer or other online payment methods, your funds will be fully refunded.

Damage During Shipping: TheraMedicare is not responsible for damage that occurs to products during transit or transportation caused by third parties (couriers/shippers). However, we will assist you in the claims process with the shipping service provider if there is clear severe damage that occurred during shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the product you returned, and if it meets the above guidelines, we will process your purchase refund.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
