We offer a variety of used medical lasers, including those for hair removal, tattoo removal, skin resurfacing, and more. Additionally, we have aesthetic equipment like microdermabrasion devices, IPL machines, microneedling, HIFU, and body contouring devices.

Do you provide warranties on your used equipment?

Yes, we provide a 90 Day Warranty on most of our used equipment. The warranty covers parts, labor, and travel.  The warranty begins once the equipment has been safely delivered to your clinic.  

What is the condition of the equipment listed on your website?

Our equipment ranges from like-new to gently used. Each product description includes details about its condition, usage history, and any refurbishments made.

Can I schedule a demonstration or inspection before purchasing?

Absolutely! We encourage buyers to schedule a demonstration or inspection. This can be arranged either in-person or virtually, depending on your location.

Do you stock all of your equipment in a central warehouse?

Most of the equipment on our website is being sold on consignment and is located the doctors office. It is not in a central warehouse.  This reduces the amount of wear and tear on equipment when it ships to multiple locations.  

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit Card : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Bank Transfer : Payment through local banks or online transfer systems.
Cash on Delivery (COD) : Cash payment upon receipt of the goods.
PayPal : Payment through your PayPal account.

How do you determine the pricing for used medical lasers and aesthetic equipment?

Pricing is based on factors such as the device’s condition, age, brand, model, and market demand. We strive to offer competitive prices while ensuring quality and functionality. We try to secure the lowest price possible and pass the savings on to you, our customer.

What is your return policy for purchased equipment?

We don’t allow equipment to be returned due to “buyers remorse.”  We do, however, guarantee the equipment arrives in proper working condition or your money back.  If the device malfunctions during the first 90 days, we will address the issue or offer you a refund if the device cannot be fixed.  

Do you provide technical support or maintenance services?

Yes, we offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure your equipment remains in optimal condition. Our support team is available to assist with any issues you may encounter.

Do you offer any discounts for package purchases?

Yes, we offer discounts for package purchases. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements and available discount options.

How often do you get new equipment in stock?

Our inventory is updated daily as we acquire new equipment. We recommend signing up on our pop-up form so you can receive our email newsletter. This will keep you informed about new arrivals and special offers.
