Delivery Issues
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pick up from the courier, or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees will apply, or a refund (less original shipping costs and any return fees incurred) may be issued.
